Returns

As each and every design is personally handcrafted by me with lots of care and thought, I ask that you embrace the imperfections that accompany handmade products. All Daylin Skye merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 3 days of receipt so I can take care of you. Photos of damaged items will be requested. I ask that you immediately contact me at amber (at) daylinskye (dot) com. Returns outside of the 3-day limit will not be accepted. 

 

Refund Process 

A refund will be issued to you electronically upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

 

Gifts with Purchase 

If you made a purchase and were sent a gift(s), you are required to return them  along with the product you are returning. 

 

Custom Orders 

Custom ordering is easy and fun! A limited number of slots are opened at the end of each month. Custom order slots require a $25 non-refundable deposit which will be applied toward the custom order total cost. If you would like to be on the waiting list for open slots, just email me at amber (at) daylinskye (dot) com.
